Under the Belgian Presidency of the European Union, Mr Melchior Wathelet, Belgian Secretary of State for Migration and Asylum, has chaired in Brussels on 13 and 14 September a European Ministerial Conference on ‘Quality and Efficiency in the asylum process’.
