Presentation of the Xperilab truck

On 16 July, after the Informal Council on Research, Benoît Cerexhe, the President in charge of the Competitiveness Council - Research Division, presented the ‘XperiLab’ truck to the European Research Ministers, in the presence of the European Commissioner for Research, Maire Geoghegan-Quinn.
' XperiLab' is a teaching vehicle developed by the Enterprise-Institute Foundation (created by the Solvay chemical company and the Institute for Natural Sciences in Belgium) to go from school to school across the whole of Belgium and its surrounding countries. 'XperiLab' offers a series of fun, educational experiences allowing young people to get a taste for science.
