You would like to access legal advice regarding European legislation? Claim the rights which the internal market gives you in another country of the European Union? Have your diplomas and professional qualifications recognised? Benefit from welfare cover?
What can the CSS do to help you?
- Provide you with particulars of the European legislation applicable to your case;
- Explain to you how to exercise your rights and obtain compensation;
- If necessary, refer you to a service capable of helping you.
The Citizens’ Signpost Service (CSS) is there to help you! This network calls on independent legal experts who supply you with individual advice free of charge. The answers are provided in your language and within one week.
The CSS can also advise you if you have problems as a consumer.
The CSS works closely with SOLVIT, a network which solves problems arising between citizens/businesses and public bodies in cases where Internal Market legislation has been misapplied.
