Justice and Home Affairs Council
The Justice and Home Affairs Council (JHA) is composed of the EU’s Ministers of Justice, Internal Affairs or Asylum and Migration. The Justice and Home Affairs Council meets formally six times a year to discuss issues ranging from the common asylum and immigration policy to cooperation in the fight against terrorism, organised crime and judicial cooperation.
