Half-yearly meeting of the foreign ministry Directors-General responsible for international cultural promotion
Every 6 months, the Member State which has the rotating presidency of the Council organises this informal meeting in its country. The Commission is also involved. This meeting has been organised by the French community (Wallonia/Brussels International) and the Flemish community (Secretariat General of Culture)
The Belgian Presidency has programmed 2 main subjects for discussion:
- Dialogue between the EU and Maghreb and the Arab countries on the subject of modernity
- New imaging technologies in international cultural relations
