The EPSCO Council is composed of the EU ministers responsible for social affairs, employment and health. The composition of the Council depends on the items on the agenda. The Council usually meets formally four times a year and deals with matters including working conditions, equal opportunities, access to healthcare in other EU countries and the improvement of consumer rights.
