Presentation of a European Union city and a writer from that city.
Series of six lectures about European cities (Brussels, Budapest, Lisbon, Bratislava, Dresden, etc.) from a historical and cultural perspective, with insight into an emblematic writer from each city.
The first lecture, by Roel Jacobs, is devoted to Brussels and to the writer Jean-Baptiste Baronian (five other lectures are planned between September and December 2010) and will take place either in Brussels City Hall or at the Riches Claires Library, 24 rue des Riches Claires.
