A central position in Europe

Wallonia is a region of growth in the heart of Europe. 130 business parks attract firms to a central area from which 65% of the European market is accessible in just a few hours. A network of communication highways that is among the most dense in the world. A high-speed rail network, a highly developed motorway network, river ports on a par with European activity and two international airports offering unrivalled access (Charleroi and Liège), make Wallonia one of the most efficient regions in terms of logistics.

Several studies (including one by the University of Columbia) show that Wallonia offers the greatest growth potential of the three regions that make up Belgium, thanks in particular to special centres of excellence.
