EuroPCom launches community for public communicators
The first edition of EuroPCom, the European Public Communication Conference, was held from 12 to 14 October. About 600 public communicators from across Europe could take part in workshops and share knowledge with their colleagues. EuroPCom also launched an online community for public communicators.

Borders/NoBorders : Historical and contemporary photography of Belgium presented between 22 October and 21 November at the Kommunale Galerie Berlin, consists of a selection of works that come on the one hand from the collections of the Museum of Photography in Charleroi and on the other hand of significant works by contemporary artists of the French-speaking Community presented for the most part throughout the seven showings of the International Biennial of Photography and Visual Arts of Liege (BIP).
September, it’s time to go back to school!
The beginning of September. Here it is, we’re here! The days are beginning to grow shorter. The summer period is gradually fading into the arms of the autumn. Soon the holidays will be nothing but a distant memory. For young people still in their school years, the end of the holidays is obviously synonymous in their eyes with the end of a certain carefree existence. Throughout Europe, with common points but also with numerous differences, young Europeans are getting ready. It’s time to go back to school!
Young people celebrate International Youth Day with "Picnic Eurotastic"
12 August is International Youth Day. To celebrate this, young people and youth workers from Belgium and all over Europe gathered in the Royal Park (Warandepark/Parc de Bruxelles) in Brussels for a sustainability picnic.

Meeting between the Belgian EU Presidency and the European Parliament’s political groups
In Egmont Palace on 21 and 22 June, Prime Minister Yves Leterme, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Steven Vanackere, State Secretary for European Affairs Olivier Chastel, the Ministers-President of Belgium’s Communities and Regions, and all the ministers chairing a Council formation met MEPs from the EPP, S&D, ALDE and Greens/EFA groups.
